These terms govern use of this company website and AGILITHOR Social Operations, operated by AGILITHOR PILATES LLC, Missouri, United States. Read them before using the service. The workspace supports the company’s internal account directory, content preparation and review, media organization, manual publishing coordination and reporting. It is not currently offered as a paid public SaaS service. These terms do not govern Shopify purchases, shipping, refunds, product warranties, a separate mobile app or employment arrangements; their applicable agreements remain separate.工作台用于公司内部账号档案、内容准备与审核、素材整理、人工发布协调及报表。目前不作为付费公众 SaaS 服务提供。本条款不适用于 Shopify 购物、配送、退款、产品保修、其他独立移动 App 或雇佣安排；相关约定分别适用。
02. Eligibility & access使用资格与访问
Workspace users must be at least 18, authorized to act for the company, and have both hosting access and application membership. Access is granted for assigned work and may be restricted or revoked by the company. Use your own authorized sign-in identity and stay within your assigned role.工作台使用者须年满 18 岁、获公司授权，并同时具备托管访问权限及应用成员身份。访问权限按分配工作提供，公司可以限制或撤销。请使用本人获授权的登录身份，并在所分配角色范围内操作。
Keep account details accurate, protect sign-in credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls or give an unauthorized person access through exports, links or shared devices. A role label does not grant authority over an external social account.请保持账号信息准确，保护登录凭据，并及时报告疑似未经授权的访问。不得共享凭据、绕过访问控制，或通过导出、链接和共享设备向未经授权者提供访问。工作台角色名称不代表取得外部社媒账号的管理权。
03. Acceptable use允许的使用方式
- Use only accounts, content and data you are authorized to manage, in accordance with law, platform rules and company instructions.仅管理你获准使用的账号、内容与数据，并遵守法律、平台规则及公司要求。
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing or malicious material, or use the service for spam, artificial engagement, evasion of platform restrictions or unauthorized scraping.不得上传违法、侵权、欺骗、骚扰或恶意资料，也不得用服务发送垃圾信息、制造虚假互动、规避平台限制或进行未经授权的抓取。
- Do not enter passwords, access tokens, payment details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive personal information in records, media or support messages.不得在记录、媒体或支持邮件中填入密码、访问令牌、支付资料、身份证件或不必要的敏感个人信息。
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe accounts without permission, distribute malware or remove attribution or rights information you are required to keep.不得干扰服务、未经许可探测账号、传播恶意软件，或移除须保留的署名与权利信息。
04. Content & intellectual property内容与知识产权
You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of submitted content. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for its storage, team review, reproduction in the workspace and intended publication, including any required permissions from people shown in media. Record license/source information and observe usage restrictions.提交内容的权利仍属于你或相应权利人。你应具有为存储、团队审核、在工作台中复制及预定发布所需的权利与许可，包括媒体中相关人物依法需要的许可。请记录授权或来源信息，并遵守使用限制。
Submitting content authorizes the company and its service providers to host, store, display to authorized members, copy for supported workflows and process that content only as needed to operate this service and follow authorized instructions. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission for unrelated advertising or sale.提交内容表示授权公司及其服务商在运营本服务和执行获授权指令所必需的范围内，托管、保存、向获授权成员展示、为已支持的流程复制及处理该内容。这不转移所有权，也不授予用于无关广告或出售的许可。
Company branding, website materials and application software remain subject to their owners’ intellectual-property rights. External platform marks belong to their respective owners. 05. Publishing & reporting发布与数据记录
A scheduled item is an internal manual plan, not an automatic publishing instruction or evidence that a post is live. An authorized person must publish on the external platform, check the outcome and enter the actual post URL. Internal approval does not replace platform review, legal review or rights clearance.排期项目是内部人工执行计划，不是自动发布指令，也不是内容已上线的证据。获授权人员须在外部平台发布、检查结果并回填真实链接。内部审核不能代替平台审核、法律审查或权利核实。
Metrics currently come from manual entry or CSV imports of account-level daily reports. Check the source, date, time zone, measurement definition and missing values before relying on a report. Missing values are unknown, and follower snapshots are not daily follower gains. The service does not guarantee reach, engagement, sales or other business outcomes.当前指标来自人工录入或 CSV 导入的账号级日报。使用报表前，请核对来源、日期、时区、指标口径及缺失值。缺失值表示未知，粉丝快照不等于每日新增粉丝。服务不保证曝光、互动、销量或其他业务结果。
06. Third-party services第三方服务
Sign-in, hosting, email and social platforms have their own terms and availability. Platform references do not imply endorsement, affiliation or approval. No social-platform API integration or automatic publishing is active. Future access depends on platform approval, authorized account consent and completed implementation; features and available metrics may change with platform rules.登录、托管、邮件及社媒平台各有自身条款和可用性。提及平台不表示背书、关联或获批。目前未启用社媒 API 接入或自动发布。未来接入取决于平台批准、账号有效授权及功能实现；功能和可用指标可能随平台规则变化。

07. Privacy & confidentiality隐私与保密
Handle company records and personal information only for authorized work. Shared workspace records are visible to authorized members; do not treat uploads as private to yourself. Keep exports and downloaded media secure, and do not disclose them without authority.仅为获授权工作处理公司记录及个人信息。共享工作台记录对获授权成员可见，请勿将上传内容视为仅本人可见。请妥善保管导出资料及下载媒体，未经授权不得披露。
Our Privacy Policy explains current data categories, purposes, service providers, retention criteria and rights requests. We may maintain, update, suspend or retire features, and give reasonable notice of a material change where practicable. The service may be interrupted or contain errors. Use the service with human review appropriate to the task.
