01. Send a request提出请求

Email the company privacy contact. Opening the link below creates an email draft in your mail app; it does not submit a request or delete data. A request starts when your email reaches the company.请向公司隐私联系邮箱发送邮件。点击下方链接只会在你的邮件应用中创建草稿，不会提交请求或删除数据。公司收到邮件后，才能开始处理。

Suggested subject: “AGILITHOR privacy request — deletion”. Please include only:建议主题：“AGILITHOR 隐私请求—数据删除”。请仅提供：

• The email or name used in the workspace, and a reply address if different.工作台所用邮箱或名称；如回复地址不同，请一并说明。
• The account, record or media link concerned, or enough context for us to locate it.相关账号、记录或素材链接，或足以帮助定位的信息。
• What you want deleted, corrected or copied, and whether you also want workspace access removed.希望删除、更正或复制的范围，以及是否同时要求移除工作台访问权限。

Do not send passwords, API tokens, government IDs, tax documents or full business exports. You may contact us even if you cannot sign in. If the message is returned as undeliverable, contact your known company/workspace administrator; a bounced message has not been received.请勿发送密码、API 令牌、身份证件、税务文件或完整业务导出。无法登录时也可联系我们。如邮件被退回，请联系你已知的公司或工作台管理员；退信表示请求尚未送达。

02. How we handle it处理步骤

1. Verify the request using existing contact or workspace information. If you act for someone else, we may request evidence of your authority, proportionate to the request.通过现有联系或工作台信息核实请求。如代他人申请，我们可能要求与请求相称的授权证明。
2. Locate the relevant records, linked content, activity entries, uploaded media and company-controlled copies. Avoid releasing or deleting another person’s information without authority.定位相关记录、关联内容、操作日志、上传媒体及公司控制的副本，避免未经授权提供或删除他人信息。
3. Carry out the permitted correction, removal or anonymization. If an ordinary interface blocks a linked record, arrange administrative handling; do not treat the interface restriction as a legal exception.执行可实施的更正、删除或匿名化。如普通界面因关联关系限制操作，应安排管理员处理，不能将界面限制作为法律例外。
4. Reply with what was completed, anything still pending and any lawful retention reason. We follow applicable statutory response periods and explain a permitted extension. Reply to the same email to request a review of the outcome.回复已完成内容、待处理事项及依法保留的理由。我们遵守适用的法定回复期限，并说明法律允许的延期。如需复核，可回复同一邮箱。

This is a manual request process. There is no automated all-data deletion endpoint or fixed technical purge timer in the current workspace. We do not represent a request, an access revocation or a partial deletion as confirmation that every copy has been erased.这是人工请求流程。当前工作台没有自动清除全部数据的接口，也没有固定技术清理倒计时。提交请求、撤销访问或部分删除，都不代表每份副本已被擦除。

03. What deletion does删除的实际范围

• Removing membership ends the relevant application access, but does not automatically remove historical drafts, reports or activity records. Hosting access must also be reviewed.移除成员身份会结束相应应用访问，但不会自动清理历史草稿、报表或操作记录；还需核查托管层访问权限。
• Supported record deletion removes that record from the active workspace. Deleting an unreferenced media asset also removes its active stored file. Linked assets/accounts and published-content records can require administrator intervention.已支持的记录删除会从当前工作台移除对应记录。删除未被引用的素材时，也会移除当前存储的文件。关联素材、账号及已发布内容记录可能需要管理员介入。
• Downloads, exports, email attachments, recovery copies and records lawfully retained for a specific purpose need separate review. We identify material exceptions and restrict retained information to its remaining purpose.下载、导出、邮件附件、恢复副本，以及为特定目的依法保留的记录，需要另行核查。我们会说明重要例外，并将保留信息限制于其剩余用途。
• This process does not erase your ChatGPT account, a Shopify purchase, a separate mobile-app account or content already on a social platform. Those services require their own account or deletion process.本流程不会注销 ChatGPT 账号、删除 Shopify 购物记录、其他独立移动 App 账号，或移除已经发布到社媒平台的内容。此类事项需要使用对应服务的账号或删除流程。

04. Platform authorization平台授权

No social-platform OAuth connection is active, so there is currently no TikTok or other social-platform token to revoke in this workspace. Manually entered account records and imported metrics may still exist and can be included in your request.目前未启用社媒平台 OAuth 连接，因此本工作台当前没有需要撤销的 TikTok 或其他社媒平台令牌。人工录入的账号档案及导入指标仍可能存在，可以纳入本次请求。

If a platform connection is introduced later, its disconnect and data-removal instructions must be added before use. Disconnecting an external service and deleting already stored records are separate steps.未来新增平台连接时，必须在启用前补充断开连接及数据移除指引。断开外部服务与删除已存储记录是不同步骤。
